Which countries’ nationals can apply for an ETA United Kingdom
The list of countries whose nationals are authorized to apply for an ETA Electronic Travel Authorization changes frequently. The current list of member countries of the Visa Waiver Program is as follows:

European nationals will therefore be affected by the need to obtain a British ETA from spring 2025. They will be able to apply for a UK ETA from March 5, 2025. A UK ETA will be compulsory to enter the UK for European nationals from April 2, 2025.
